⚒️ In your workspace, open the navigation sidebar on the left and click any tab under Tools to open the Tool Canvas. If no tabs exist yet, add one first.
👉 Click 🔎 Tools Library on the Tool Canvas to search for Make.
➕ If Make is not yet added to your canvas > Search Make > Click Add.
⚠️ If Make has already been added to your tool list, simply click on it to open its management options.
⚙️ Once added, the right sidebar will open, allowing you to manage your Make tool.
🔄 Click the purple Sync icon.
🔓 Add your Make account and follow the prompts to authenticate.

🔓 Log in to your Make account and access your profile settings.
🆕 Generate a new API key, label it, and then copy and paste the code into the API token input field within the Make sidebar in Puzzle.
🔎 To find your Team ID, click "Team" and copy the Team ID to the clipboard.
🔗 To ensure proper integration, you must identify the region where your Make account is hosted.
🌐 When logging into Make, check the URL to find your account's hosting region (e.g., US1, US2, EU1, EU2)... Then, choose the correct region in the dropdown menu in your Puzzle's Workspace.
✅ Click "Integrate" and you'll see your newly connected account in black text.

✅ Next, open the navigation sidebar on the left and click a tab under Workflows to open the canvas where your workflow lives. If no tabs exist yet, add one first.
🖱️ Click the "Toggle Integration Sidebar" to display the integration sidebar.
🖱️ Click on the 🔄 icon to initiate the synchronization process for this specific integrated Make account.
📋 Puzzle will automatically fetch all your Make scenarios and display them in a list ready to be added to the canvas.
📑 Multi-Page Sync Support: If your account contains over 800 scenarios, Puzzle will display the first 800 items in your account.

➕ Add scenarios to your map by clicking ➕ next to the workflow.

🖇️ If you already have steps in your Puzzle map that correspond to Make scenarios, simply click into those steps.
🔄 Click the "Sync" icon, find the related scenario in the list, and click + to associate that step with the workflow seamlessly.
🔗 Once synced, each step will display the Make Scenario ID with a clickable link—making it easy to jump directly to the Make scenario when viewing the step, including in Shared Views.
🚨 Important: If you don’t see the Sync icon in your step sidebar, you may need to enable it first.
How to Enable Sync in Step Sidebar Configuration:
Open Workspace Settings via the ⚙️ Settings icon at the bottom of the navigation sidebar.
Navigate to Step Sidebar Configuration.
Toggle ON the Sync input.
Click Save, and your Step Sidebar will update automatically.
Now, when you open a step, the Sync option will be available, allowing you to connect HubSpot workflows seamlessly.
