  • 👥 Add a Team: Click the Team button in the toolbar to create a new Team section on the canvas.

  • 📝 Provide Team Details: Name your team and include a brief description outlining its role and responsibilities within your processes.

  • 👤 Create a Role: Select the Role icon from the toolbar to add a new role to your team canvas.

  • ✏️ Edit Role Details: Clearly define each role by updating the Role Name and Description within the sidebar to reflect accurate responsibilities.

  • 🌐 Track Role Contributions: The sidebar clearly lists every step the role participates in, providing immediate visibility into workflow contributions. Click on any listed step to navigate directly to its location.

3️⃣ Deleting a Team or Role

  • Delete Team/Role: Click the 🗑️ icon located at the bottom of the right sidebar to remove a team or role.
